On August 21, 2022, Gedung Negara in Cirebon bore witness to a captivating dance performance as the Sawo Kecik Cirebon Dance Studio presented the Tari Tumenggung during a special event. This event was a concrete effort by the studio to support the preservation of Cirebon's cultural heritage and introduce it to the community, especially the younger generation.
The performance of Tari Tumenggung by Sawo Kecik Studio brought forth the distinctive and enchanting cultural essence. Ratu Dini Andhiyani Seminingrat, the leader of the Sawo Kecik Cirebon Dance Studio, sent her artistic ambassadors to Gedung Negara as a form of participation in promoting traditional Cirebon art.
